* No stains, perfumes, or damages caused by the customer

* Innerwear and hygiene-related products
* Accessories (unless damaged or defective)
* Customized or made-to-order items

3. Exchanges (Recommended)

We encourage customers to choose *exchange instead of return* for faster resolution.

* Size exchanges are available (subject to stock availability)
* Exchange requests must be made within *7 days of delivery*
* Customers may be responsible for shipping costs for exchanges

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

* Share clear photos or videos as proof

We will offer:

5. Return Shipping
